The Arizona Trail extends 800 miles from Mexico to Utah. On February 20, 2010, I started hiking the Arizona Trail at the Mexican border with my friend, Jellybean. It was early in a high snow year. We completed about half of it and  got off the trail at the town of Pine. I blogged about it here.

I’ve wanted to finish it ever since. This is the year! I will be starting at the Utah border and hiking south. I’ve hiked the Grand Canyon rim to rim several times. My plan is to skip that section this time so I can join some friends and hike to Supai and Havasu Falls.
