Best hitch ever. Got to Hwy 178, 2 cars passed and then the most amazing thing ever happened. I’ve hiked over 8000 miles and have done my share of hitching. Usually pickups and old cars are the best bet. Motor homes? Never. Until today. Paul with his 40 foot tricked out motor home pulled over. I walked up and asked “did you stop for us?” He said yes and then commented that he saw us yesterday on Jawbone Canyon Rd. He had been riding his dirt bike and we were taking a break sitting at a picnic table. And now we were riding in style the 35 miles to Lake Isabella. One of the hardest hitches on the entire PCT. Good fortune continues to follow us.

The full moon had us all out with our cameras

I absolutely adore following your adventures – I wish I could be out there will ya’ll and I cannot WAIT until you are close enough for me to come out to provide rides and trail magic. Keep the updates coming so I know when/where I need to head!
