Day 21 – Cajon Pass

Quick hike to McDonalds. Yes it’s .4 miles from the trail. Back at Ziggy and The Bear’s I was the 100th hiker and for this I was given a $10 gift card to McDonalds. Grasshopper and I had coffee (really good) and then I gave the rest of the card away. Big spender!

We are now at the Best Western at Cajon Pass. Nothing here. But we are all clean. Tomorrow Mumbles’ wife is flying down, renting a van, picking us up and we will all drive down to kickoff way back down by San Diego.

I can’t wait to see who is there this year. I love kickoff. I’ve gone to this gathering in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. 3 days off then back to hiking.
