Day 49. Rain and Mud to Warm and Dry. December 21, 2015.

Burtons Track km 1512 to Gladstone Rd km 1538.

The rain/mist continued as we stepped thru the mud and many water crossings. The couple of viewpoints were totally in the clouds.

We finally got out to the road and walked to the B&B we had booked. Stephanie rents out one room thru Airbnb and Nathan and Nils had booked that. Stephanie accommodated us all in a yurt (Alex and Helen) and another bedroom (Brett and I.) She made us a delicious dinner of sausage, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cabbage. And Christmas cake. She has goats, chickens and a million plans for her property.
