32.9 km South Side of Pass #6 to Curator Campsite.
We finished up the Six Passes Alternate. We climbed up the 6th pass and then just kept climbing to top of three peaks.

Looking back over the Bald Hills.

As we reached the final peak we started seeing people. And as we descended further we saw hoards of people hiking up the steep trail from Maligne Lake. After seeing almost no one for days it shocked the senses.
Once we got to Maligne Lake we started up the 44 km Skyline Trail. It’s known for it’s long stretches of alpine, stunning views, challenging climbs, well built and maintained trail, fully booked campsites and lots of people. But we saw almost no one. Just a couple of day hikers at the beginning. Probable because we started the Skyline Trail at 4pm.

Easy walking between Little and Big Shovel Passes. We could actually walk and look around at the same time.
