For the 4th day Mt Denali was shining bright in the morning sun. 

I rode the bus back to Eielson Visitor center and by 11:30am the mountain was just about obscured. I hiked up the Alpine Trail.

Once I got on top and to the trails end I was walking on tundra and finally got it.  You really can walk anywhere up here.

Later, back at camp a couple of mosquitos photo bombed my picture of a rainbow.

Wonder Lake has a reputation for having LOTS of mosquitos.  Luckily this year they haven’t been bad.  I never put on my head net.
